I take pride in providing exceptional assistance to mortgage loan originators (MLOs), allowing them to concentrate on their core business while we handle the intricacies of loan processing. My primary objective is to expedite the loan approval process, ensuring that loans are clear to close and promptly funded.

Some processing companies may limit their services, but at A5 Processing we will complete title orders, appraisal orders, verification of employment, homeowner insurance quotes and binders, and much more...or less, whichever you'd prefer. Not all brokers are the same, so our process can be customized to how you work.

Rest assured that I prioritize effective communication and transparency throughout the loan process. I understand that constant updates are crucial for all parties involved in the transaction, eliminating the need for loan officers to be constantly bothered for file status. Borrowers, their agent (if applicable) and the title company are updated as needed.

I'm proud to be a licensed contract mortgage processor, currently in Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Georgia, and Oregon. My fee is paid by the borrower, as I disclose it in section B of the closing disclosure, allowing brokers and MLOs to earn and retain their full commission. I am working on expanding my license so that I can offer my services to other states.
